Community Projects Contest
Every Elks Lodge is encouraged to have a Community Project that is conducted to benefit the people of the local Lodge’s community or charity. The project that is conducted should allow the people in your community to identify the project as being that of the Elks Lodge. These Community Projects allow Elk Lodges to become more visible in the community and demonstrate that Elks Care–Elks Share.
If your Lodge has conducted a project that benefits others in the community, then we encourage you to enter the Grand Lodge Activities Committee Community Projects Contest. The contest is simple to enter. Just click on the button below to download the contest form. All you will need to do is provide the information that is requested and submit it to the Committeeman responsible for the program as indicated on the form.
The Grand Lodge Activities Committee will award first-, second- and third-place winners in each of
the six membership size categories below:
- Division 1 0-150 members
- Division 2 151-225 members
- Division 3 226-300 members
- Division 4 301-450 members
- Division 5 451-700 members
- Division 6 701 and over members
Certificates will be awarded to the winning Lodges at the Elks Grand Lodge Convention. The completed form is due to be received by the Grand Lodge by April 1st.
