The Maine Elks Association Convention Committee invites you to the 2023 Maine Elks Association 94th State Convention to be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Auburn Riverwatch, 14 Great Falls Plaza, Auburn, ME 04210 from May 5th – May 7th, 2023.

Hotel Reservations are handled by the individuals. The room rate is $109 plus tax, which includes two breakfasts per room. We encourage guests to book prior to March 29th, 2023 to secure the discounted rate. Each year, the Maine Elks Association compiles its annual reports of the work it has accomplished throughout the year, and publishes this information in a Convention Book. The Convention Book is provided to all registered attendees when checking in at the Convention.
In an effort to help defray the costs of the Maine Elks State Convention, the Convention Committee will once again be provide advertising space in the 2023 Convention Book. Advertising prices are as follows:

- Business Card Ad $120.00
Convention Booklet Ads and submissions are due no later than March 15th, 2023. All photos and reports should be submitted in digital format, PDF is preferred. All items related to the Convention Booklet are to be sent to Carlette Eaton at editor@waterville905.com. Please make all advertising checks payable to the “Maine Elks Association” and send to Carlette Eaton, c/o Waterville Elks Lodge #905, 76 Industrial Street, Waterville, ME 04901.

Convention Registration deadline will be no later than April 1st, 2023. The completed forms and payment
made payable to “Maine Elks Association” should be mailed to Vassie Fowler, c/o Biddeford-Saco Elks Lodge #1597, PO Box 1597, Saco, ME 04072. Any registrations received after April 1st, will be charged an additional $15 late fee.
