The Elks Grand Lodge Convention will take place from June 30-July 3, 2024, at the Austin Convention Center located at 500 E. Cesar Chavez St. Austin, TX 78701. The New England Elks will be staying at the Fairmont Austin Hotel located at 101 Red River Street, Austin, Texas 78701. Reservations for the Grand Lodge Convention hotel is handled by the New England Elks Tour. Below, you will find a link to the registration form. If you plan to attend the convention, please read the instructions attached to the form, and submit it no later than April 30, 2024. Full payment must be sent with the form for your stay. Also, the New England Elks Tour will no longer be accepting “Exalted Ruler-Elect” on the form. It must be submitted with a complete reservation. Mail reservation forms to:
