This year, the Augusta Elks’ Festival of Trees has chosen the Special Olympics of Maine as its community benefactor.

In recognition of their outstanding commitment to supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, a donation was made to the Special Olympics of Maine and school district RSU 12 Special Olympics team totalling $5,100.
