On Thursday, July 31, 2025, Laurence Shorette, Maine Elks Association’s representative at the Maine Veterans’ Home in Caribou, Maine, presented to Melissa Graham, administrator of the nursing home, a check for $1,000.00 to assist in paying for entertainment activities for residents of that facility.
