It’s been reported that during the Saturday evening festivities marking the August 3rd visit of President Mike Hannigan and First Lady Denise to the Psortland Elks Lodge the number of Sanford Elks present was enough to “take home” the Coastal District Roaming Elk known as ROCKY.
The Summer State Association remains to be held on Sunday morning, so ROCKY likely won’t make his Sanford appearance till sometime Sunday afternoon.
