Hope your summer is going well. The first meeting of the Maine Elks association is quickly approaching. I am sure you know, but it’s August 3 at 10 am at the Portland Elks. Just a reminder for those who have done this for awhile and a heads up to those who are new. Please email your report to maineelks.sec@gmail.com before the meeting, it really helps with keeping the minutes. Also we have an approximately 45 reports to be presented (2.6 min per report if we do it in two hours) please be concise and stick to your committee report.
Your hard work is greatly appreciated and I look forward to seeing all of you in Portland.
