The Maine Elks Association Convention Committee invites you to the 2025 Maine Elks Association State Convention to be held at the Waterville Elks Lodge from May 2 – 5, 2025.
The Maine Elks Association 96th Convention will be held at the Waterville Elks Lodge #905 on May 2-4, 2025.
We are looking forward to hosting the members and guests of all the lodges from across the great state of Maine.
The lodge is located just off the Maine Turnpike Exit 130 at 76 Industrial Street, Waterville, Maine 04901 and will hold all the events of the convention.
Convention registration deadline will be no later than April 1, 2025. The completed forms should be mailed to the Waterville Elks Lodge #905 at the address above, Attn: Convention Committee. Any registrations post-marked after April 1st will be charged an additional fifteen ($15) dollar late fee.
Hotel reservations are handled by the individuals. The deadline for hotel reservations is April 1, 2025 for the convention rate. After this date rooms will be returned to the hotel and the rate may no longer apply.

All events and activities for the 2025 Maine Elks Association State Convention will take place at the Waterville Elks Lodge #905.
LODGING INFORMATION:
Hotel reservations are the responsibility of individuals. The deadline for hotel reservations is April 1, 2025 for
the convention group rate. After this date, rooms will return to the hotel and the rate may no longer apply. Be sure
to mention you are with the Elks when making your convention reservation to insure you receive the negotiated rate.
Additional Hotels in the area include the Hampton Inn on Kennedy Memorial Drive, Holiday Inn Express on
Main Street, and Front and Main on Main Street are also available (we could not negotiate any special rates.)
If your Lodge is interested in having a hospitality room, there are very limited options available. Please contact
Felecia Gaulin 207-441-2315 for more information. The Best Western will be the only hotel providing hospitality
rooms and you may need to sign a liability waiver before one can be booked.
The Waterville Lodge will provide shuttle service to and from the Lodge/Convention Hotels for attendees that
are staying there.

The Best Western: 375 Main Street, Waterville, ME 04901 – 207-873-0111 – $109.00/night – Tax Rate 9%
Directions: Exits are the same as the Lodge. The Best Western is viewable directly off the interstate.
Fireside Inn & Suites: 376 Main Street, Waterville, ME 04901 – 207-873-3335 – queen or king $104.95 and
suites $119.95 – Tax Rate 9%
Directions: Exits are the same as the Lodge. Fireside Inn & Suites is viewable directly off the interstate and is
connected to Governor’s Restaurant.
