The Maine Elks Association Convention Committee invites you to the 2026 Maine Elks Association State Convention to be held at the Bangor Elks Lodge from May 1st to 3rd, 2026
The Maine Elks Association 97th Convention will be held at the Bangor Elks Lodge #244 from May 1st to 3rd, 2026.
We are looking forward to hosting the members and guests of all the lodges from across the great state of Maine.
The lodge is located at 108 Odlin Road in Bangor and will hold all the events of the convention. Convention registration deadline will be no later than TBA.
All events and activities for the 2026 Maine Elks Association State Convention will take place at the Bangor Elks Lodge #244.
LODGING INFORMATION
Hotel reservations are the responsibility of individuals. The deadline for hotel reservations is April 1, 2026, for the convention group rate. After this date, rooms will return to the hotel and the rate may no longer apply. Be sure to mention you are with the Elks when making your convention reservation to ensure you receive the negotiated rate. Additional hotels in the area include the Fairfield Inn and Quality Inn Bangor Airport, both are located on the Odlin road.
The Bangor Grande is the only hotel providing hospitality rooms. Please text Randy Bates 207-881-3215 if you are interested in hosting a room, there are two rooms available. The first two lodges to contact Randy will get the hospitality rooms. You may need to sign a liability waiver before one can be booked. Please make checks payable to Bangor Elks Lodge for $195.00 Memo: hospitality rooms. The Bangor Lodge will provide shuttle service to and from the Lodge/Convention Hotels for attendees that are staying there.

Holiday Inn: 404 Odlin Road, Bangor, ME 04401 – 802-478-0446 – $162.41 – This includes the tax rate of 9%. Directions: Exits are the same as the Lodge.
Home 2 Suites: 327 Odlin Road, Bangor, ME 04401 – 802-478-0446 – $182.21 – This includes the tax rate of 9%. Directions: Exits are the same as the Lodge.
YOUTH / STUDENT WINNER HOTEL:
