Registration forms for the New England Elks Tour are now available on the MEA Website for the Grand Lodge Convention in Atlanta at the Marriott Marquis Hotel. Maine Elk member planning to attend the convention should download this form and submit it with their payment. Maine Elks are encouraged to take advantage of the group rate of $765 for five nights starting Saturday July 2nd through Thursday July 7th. Additional nights either before or after the convention are available for $153 per night. The deadline for submitting your registration form is April 30, 2022, with full payment. Registration forms submitted without full payment will be returned. Only checks will be accepted, and they should be made out to the “New England Elks Tour.”
Many people are already planning to attend this year because the Endorsed Candidate for Grand Exalted Ruler Bruce A. Hidley is expected to become the National President of the Elks. New England has a limited supply of room at the Grand Lodge Hotel, so it is strongly suggested to get your registration in as soon as possible, as the rooms are available on a first-come-first-served basis. For Lodges that do not know who their Exalted Ruler will be, you are encouraged to submit the form with payment, clearly indicating that it is for the Exalted Ruler-Elect and then send the appropriate information as soon as it is readily available. Please note that this registration is for the hotel only. Members will still be required to register for the convention through Elks.org in the coming months.
